All DRM council and staff members are required to hold to one of the following:
- The Three Forms of Unity (Heidelberg Catechism, Belgic Confession, Canons of Dort)
- The Westminster Confession of Faith (Presbyterians)
- The London Baptist Confession of Faith (Calvinistic Baptists)
